This small 15′ x 15′ space is one of my favorite projects of 2011. Large impact doesn’t have to come from something massive. The greensource design approach was to keep the components and colors simple to allow for the stunning backdrop of lake Erie. A resting point for an all day wave runner bender, a quaint place for a moonlit dinner or just a nice place to curl up and listen to the waves, this structure has it all. Pressure treated lumber provides the structure and framing, trex composite decking, fiberglass load bearing columns and to top it all off a rough sawn cedar pergola. One of the other things I like best about the project is that greensource completed every aspect from concept to form, no subcontractors. The project is breathtaking and looks as if it were originally planned with the development of the home. I urge you to let us design and develop something you have been dreaming of.
